The challenge
The clinic had strong word-of-mouth and a loyal patient base, but online they were invisible. Patients searching for dental implants, smile design, or facial surgery procedures in their city were landing on competitor pages, not theirs. Their website had no blog, landing pages were thin on content, and nothing was structured for search.

What We Did
1. SEO audit & keyword research
We started with a full audit of the website's technical health and mapped out every keyword a potential patient might search, from high-intent terms like "dental implants in [city]" to early-research queries like "how long does jaw surgery recovery take." We built a content roadmap around the full patient decision journey.
2. Landing page rewrites
Every core service page, dental implants, smile design, wisdom tooth extraction, facial surgery, orthodontics, was rewritten from scratch. We gave each page a clear structure: a hook, a problem statement, the procedure explained in plain language, FAQs, and a strong call to action. Long enough to rank, clear enough to convert.
3. SEO blog content engine
We published 24 in-depth blog articles targeting informational search intent, the questions patients ask before they book. Topics like "dental implants vs bridges: which is right for you" and "what to expect after facial surgery" built topical authority and brought in readers at the top of the funnel, consistently.
4. AI search optimisation (AEO)
We structured content specifically to be cited by AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews. That meant clear definitions, structured FAQs, expert-attributed answers, and schema markup, so when a patient asked an AI tool for dental recommendations, this clinic had a real shot at being mentioned.

Monthly organic visitors grew from a few hundred to over 3,000, all without paid ads, driven entirely by content and SEO.
